The new headquarters of the SEB Group Service Center is located on V. Gerulaičio Street, in the nine-storey A + class office building Nova managed by the Finnish real estate development company Technopolis. The office complex is designed and equipped in accordance with the requirements of the LEED Gold New Construction certificate, which meets high sustainability standards.
Nova spaces are open and inviting to communicate, it is a modern representativeness of the new generation. The SEB Group service center is equipped with individual work areas, cooperation spaces, an amphitheater for larger events or presentations, as well as leisure areas - games and meditation rooms, and an outdoor terrace.
We have installed biodynamic lighting in the workplaces, which is able to simulate natural light and change the shade of light accordingly as the time of day changes. It has been shown to have a positive effect on the nervous system, improving human concentration, mood and well-being.
A special atmosphere is created by the collection of art works exhibited here, created by the owner of the art gallery The Rooster Gallery Jurgita Juospaitytė-Bitinienė. In total, the collection includes 54 works of art created by 20 young artists of the Baltic States: paintings, photographs, light installations, sculptures and more.
